If you wish to delete your CredPal account, please follow the steps below:

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the CredPal App

    Launch the CredPal mobile application on your device.

  2. Go to the Menu

    From the home page, tap on "More" to access the menu page.

  3. Open Settings

    In the menu page, tap on "Settings".

  4. Delete Your Account

    You will find the option to delete your account. Follow the prompts to complete the account deletion process.

Important Information

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • All your personal data will be removed from our systems in accordance with our privacy policy.
  • Any pending transactions or outstanding balances must be settled before account deletion.
  • You will lose access to your transaction history and any associated benefits.
